<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring apparatus in which a relative height of a brush member with respect to a conveyer can be automatically adjusted, a variation in the adjustment is suppressed and adjustment work is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The deburring apparatus includes a conveyor 1 for horizontally conveying a workpiece W with a burr formed on the upper face thereof, a deburring head 2 arranged above the conveyer 1, and a relative height adjusting mechanism 3 for adjusting the relative height of the deburring head 2 with respect to the conveyer 1. The deburring head 2 includes the roll-like brush member 20 rotatable around a brush axis O1, and a pivoting support member 26 supporting the brush member 20 so as to freely be pivoted around a pivot O2. The relative height adjusting mechanism 3 elevates and lowers the conveyer 1 or a deburring head 2 by an elevation/lowering drive source 50. The deburring apparatus further includes a brush lower end detection means 60 of a light projecting and receiving type for detecting a lower end of the brush 20, and an elevation/lowering control means 61 for controlling the elevation/lowering drive source 50 based on the detection of the lower end of the brush member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
