<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, capable of securely canceling mutual time deviation if mutual synchronization is performed among a plurality sets of road-side equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes road-side communication equipment 2 including: a synchronization target identification unit 23b for identifying other road-side communication equipment 2 to be a synchronization target; a time correction unit 23c for correcting the time of the own equipment, on the basis of a time stamp included in a transmission signal from the synchronization target; and a transmission control unit 23a for transmitting a transmission signal including the time stamp based on the time of the own equipment, using a time slot allocated to the own equipment.
