摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device on which a contact hole of a pixel electrode is disposed without reducing the aperture ratio of pixels, and further to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the electro-optical device. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device in one embodiment comprises: a pixel electrode 15; a thin film transistor, TFT, 30 disposed corresponding to the pixel electrode 15; a second capacitor electrode 16b disposed between the TFT 30 and the pixel electrode 15 so as to cover a semiconductor layer 30a of the TFT 30 as light-shielding first capacitance wiring; and a relay electrode 9 electrically connected to the pixel electrode 15 through a contact hole CNT 8 between second capacitance wiring 71 and the pixel electrode 15. The second capacitor electrode 16b as the first capacitance wiring has an overhanging portion 16ba that overhangs a corner portion of an aperture of a pixel with respect to the pixel electrode 15, and the contact hole CNT 8 is formed so as to be overlapped with the overhanging portion 16ba. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
