<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of raising display quality at the time of two-dimensional display and in three-dimensional display. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a display panel that displays an image; and a liquid crystal lens panel that is arranged on a display surface side of the display panel, forms cylindrical-lens-shaped parallax barriers by controlling a refractive index and switches between two-dimensional display and three-dimensional display. The liquid crystal lens panel comprises: a pair of transparent substrates that are arranged in a facing manner by the intermediary of a liquid crystal layer; comb-shaped electrodes PX that are formed on the liquid crystal layer side of one of the transparent substrate, extend in an X direction and are arranged in parallel in a Y direction; a planar common electrode CT that is formed on the liquid crystal layer side of the other of the transparent substrates; and post spacers PS that hold the pair of transparent substrates at predetermined intervals and have translucency. The post spacers PS are fixed on the liquid crystal surface side of one of the transparent substrates and are arranged in an area distant from the comb-shaped electrodes PX to an in-plane direction of the transparent substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
