The invention, "compositions for energy-boosting natural sweeteners, and sweetener produced from these compositions", relates to compositions for producing an energy-boosting natural sweetener containing D-ribose, and used in the food industry to sweeten beverages in general. A first composition comprises 1 to 10 gr D-ribose, 20 to 50 mg Luo Han Guo; 0.5 to 2% silicon dioxide; and a sweetening powder is obtained from this composition. A second composition, used to produce an energy-boosting liquid natural sweetener, comprises 100 to 800 mg D-ribose; 10 to 50 mg Luo Han Guo extract; 0.1 to 0.8% sodium benzoate as a preservative; 0.1 to 0.5% potassium sorbate as a preservative and water q.s. 100 ml. |
