<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule endoscope image processing apparatus capable of improving the efficiency of image reading, and to provide a capsule endoscope system. <P>SOLUTION: The capsule endoscope image processing apparatus described in this embodiment has a memory unit, a specifying unit and a display control unit. The memory unit stores image data which are obtained by photographing the inside of a person to be inspected by using a capsule endoscope. The specifying unit specifies a prescribed region from among a plurality of regions in the person to be inspected on the basis of inspection data which are obtained by an inspection system and indicate the result of inspection which is applied to the person to be inspected.
