<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film, which has favorable mechanical strength with excellent scratch resistance and has optical characteristics capable of suppressing increase in reflectance and changes in a haze value, as the antireflection film has an antireflection layer with a fine rugged pattern exhibiting favorable pencil hardness and steel wool durability, as well as the antireflection layer is formed with a high reaction rate. <P>SOLUTION: An antireflection film 10 comprises: a light-transmitting substrate; a hard coat layer 5 formed to have a film thickness of 7 μm or more on the light-transmitting substrate; and an antireflection layer 2, which is formed to have a film thickness in the range from 5 μm to 25 μm on the hard coat layer 5, which has a rugged pattern formed on the surface thereof, in a cycle equal to or smaller than a wavelength in a visible light region, and which contains a lubricant.
