<p>The implant (10) has a skin of an animal moving by swimming or creeping, or a part of the skin comprising subepithelial collagen, where the implant replaces tissues subjected to repeated mechanical constraints. The animal is chosen from a group comprising reptiles and fish such as eel. A cross-linking agent is used for treating the implant, where the agent is chosen from glutaraldehyde, epoxide based agent and/or formaldehyde. The skin part does not comprise an adipose layer and a deep collagenous layer.</p> |
