<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which inhibits interference between a cable and other components while effectively using a space in the electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A cable is connected with a module substrate 51 and is disposed so as to span an IC chip 52 on the module substrate 51.
