PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game introducing an element where a sub character does not act in accordance with strategy of a main character according to power relationship between the main character and the sub character acting according to the main character.

SOLUTION: A supervisor evaluation value setting part 434 sets a supervisor evaluation value indicating management capability to a player character of a supervisor character. A player evaluation value setting part 435 sets a player evaluation value for evaluating the player character according to a capability value indicating capability of the player character. An evaluation difference value calculation part 436 calculates an evaluation difference value indicating a difference between the supervisor evaluation value and the player evaluation value when the supervisor evaluation value is smaller than the player evaluation value. A management capability setting part 437 changes the supervisor evaluation value such that the management capability of the supervisor character becomes smaller as the evaluation difference value is larger.
