<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible container which can be manufactured in such a manner that a conductive tape is not required to be attached over conductive resin layers of respective conductive tarpaulins on a joint part between the conductive tarpaulins themselves, and electrical conduction can be easily achieved between joint parts other than the joint part between the conductive tarpaulins themselves such as skirt parts, cover parts, cover pressing parts or the like of charging ports and discharge ports of the flexible container, and to provide a method of manufacturing the flexible container. <P>SOLUTION: In the joint part between the conductive tarpaulins themselves, the one side conductive tarpaulin thereof is superimposed on the container inner part side of the other side conductive tarpaulin. A conductible part where a non-conductive resin layer is partially absent is disposed on the front surface of the one side conductive tarpaulin.
