<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic conversion device and a method of manufacturing the same capable of increasing a power generation amount. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of moving members 45 are provided. By limiting the area of each of moving members 45 to be such a value as no deflection occurs, the total area of the moving members 45 can be larger.
