<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress welding failure and significantly improve work efficiency by accurately and reliably feeding a nut to a locating pin of a spot welding machine or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a nut feeder 10, a cylinder 31 is provided which faces a locating pin P, and a piston rod 32 which supplies a nut N to the locating pin P by reciprocal movement is provided in the cylinder 31. A guide door 34 which holds a nut N in a standby space R under energization from a spring member 35 is provided in the reciprocal passage of the piston rod 32. When the piston rod 32 advances forward to engage with the nut N of the standby space R, the guide door 34 is automatically opened instantaneously by a door opening mechanism 36. A control timer 65 forcedly holds a foot switch F that drives the piston rod 32 in ON-state at such a predetermined timing as before the piston rod 32 reaches a nut engagement position after advancing from a start position, to cause the piston rod 32 to reach a target position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
