<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a necktie which can be easily worn with various designs, since a conventional necktie is tricky to wear, a knot laterally shifted from the center of the collar of a shirt or a misshapen knot gives a sloppy impression, a danger cannot be avoided when the necktie is suddenly pulled, and there is no necktie excellent in fashionability and design other than knotting. <P>SOLUTION: The necktie has a shape as shown in Fig.1. Thus, even a person unfamiliar to knotting a necktie can easily wear a necktie body at laterally determined portions under the collar of a shirt by buttoning. Since the necktie body is made up, knotting is not needed or a knot never loses shape. Since the necktie is buttoned, it can be easily removed even when it is suddenly pulled.
