The present invention enables a card to be made according to the preference of a host through a mobile device anywhere and at any time, and enables a broadcast transmission to telephone numbers provided from a server of a social network service system, even without separately inputting telephone numbers, and thus maximizes the convenience of the host in a transmission system. According to the present invention, an electronic card transmission and reception system through a mobile device, and an electronic card transmission and reception method using the same are provided, in which the system comprises: a card-forwarding mobile device which makes an electronic card including a card image and message, an outline map image including event location information and/or event schedule information; a card-receiving mobile device which reads the electronic card transmitted from the card-forwarding mobile device to identify the image and message, to guide an optimum route from current location information through the event location information, and to inform an event schedule through the event schedule information; a central server in which an application for card generating and card receiving has been registered, wherein the central server provides a card image to the card-forwarding mobile device; and a GPS which receives a request for the current location information from the card-receiving mobile device, and feeds the current location information back to the card-receiving mobile device. |
