PURPOSE: A flux sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively sense flux by magnifying a physical deformation caused by a tiny or slow flow of a fluid. CONSTITUTION: A flux sensor(10) includes a flow interference unit(20), pressure drag generating unit(50), and variable resistance sensing unit(70). The flow interference unit is extended to the configured direction considering the direction of flow to sensitively respond the interference from the flow. The pressure drag generating unit generates a pressure drag based on the response of the flow interference unit. The variable resistance sensing unit senses the pressure drag generated by the pressure drag generating unit.
