PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to form a sealing surface layer on an oil interface formed in an oil sealing part of a hydrodynamic bearing part and to improve the oil sealing effect of the oil interface. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(23) supports a shaft(11). The shaft is combined with the center of rotation of a herb(12). Working fluid is formed between the shaft and the sleeve. A sealing member(30a) is separated from the outer surface of the sleeve. An oil interface is formed between the outer surface of the sleeve and the inner surface of the sealing member. A sealing surface layer(50) is formed in the outer direction of the oil interface. |
