APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTMENT MOTOR POSITION SIGNAL OF GREEN CAR AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a motor position signal of a green car and a method thereof are provided to improve maintainability by excluding malfunctions due to the wrong detection of a motor location signals. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting a motor position signal of a green car comprises a resolver(100), a filter(110), a shaper(120,130), a RDC(Resolver to digital converter)(140), comparators(150,160), and a controller(170). The resolver outputs the location signal(S1-S4) of a motor rotor. The filter filters the location signal into a set range. The shaper adjusts a size gain and offset with regard to the filtered location signals. The RDC provides information of abnormal state of a resolver and the location information to the controller. The comparators compares the filtered location signal with the location signal passed through the motor rotator. The compared result is provided to a controller. The controller adjusts and shapes the size gain and offset with regard to the filtered location signals through the shapers according to the information applied from the comparer.
