PURPOSE: A selective mercury ion analysis method by a chemiluminescence method is provided to increase chemiluminescence intensity and measure the increased chemiluminescence intensity, thereby selectively analyzing an amount of divalent mercury ion of a sample solution. CONSTITUTION: A selective mercury ion analysis method by a chemiluminescence method is as follows. A divalent mercury sample solution, which is an analysis target, is added to a chemiluminescence reagent. A chemiluminescence reaction is started by adding an oxidant to the chemiluminescence reagent in which the divalent mercury sample solution is added. Chemiluminescence intensity being emitted to the outside is measured.
