After that it is heated in closed space in inert atmosphere or vacuum in Si vapour to 1700-1900°C with further keeping in said temperature interval for 1-3 hours and cooling. Workpiece heating to 1500°C is performed at atmospheric pressure in nitrogen from 1500 to 1700-1750°C - at atmospheric pressure in argon, heating from 1750 to 1900°C is performed at pressure 1-860 mm Hg with further keeping in said temperature and pressure intervals.
