摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a phosphor fine particle in which a primary particle size is at most 100 nm, there is no aggregation, and which is a single crystal, and has a perovskite type structure of high crystallinity; a method of manufacturing the phosphor fine particle in which the phosphor fine particle can be manufactured at a low temperature and for a short time comparatively, and in a water medium where an environmental load is extremely low; a phosphor thin film that uses the phosphor fine particle; and an EL device. <P>SOLUTION: The phosphor fine particle is a phosphor fine particle that has a perovskite type structure shown by the following general formula (1), and is a single crystal, wherein the primary particle size is at most 100 nm, and there is not aggregation. ABO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>:Pr<SP POS="POST">3+</SP>(1).
