PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web server for easily reflecting print setting on print data with a short time and easily performing flexible print setting so as to, for example, specify print setting for another user or use with a partially changed print setting, in direct printing through a web browser.

SOLUTION: A web server 10 for performing direct printing through a web browser includes: storage means 13 and 16 for storing print setting information and a URL corresponding to the print setting information; and job management means 12 for reading the print setting information corresponding to a URL that is input to a web browser by a user from the storage means and reflecting the information as print setting of print data.
