<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that prevents a moisture-proof material from seeping through holes in a substrate so as to improve quality and reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: A motor includes: a stator 2; a frame 1 that houses the stator 2 thereinside; a rotor that is arranged on an inner side of the stator 2; a shaft that is connected to the rotor; a bracket 5 that holds the shaft rotatably; a substrate 9 that is arranged on a side of the bracket 5 that is opposite to a side where the stator 2 is located; and pins 2c that are erected on the stator 2 and connect the stator 2 and the substrate 9 electrically.
