<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle sensor having a simplified new structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fine particle sensor includes: an insulative casing extending in an axial direction, having an inflow hole and an outflow hole; a corona discharging part for generating an ion; a mixing part for mixing the ion with a fine particle flowing into the casing through the inflow hole; and a separating part located at one end side closer than from the mixing part to separate an adsorbed ion used for charging the fine particle from a floating ion unused for charging the fine particle. The separating part has a separating electrode arranged on an inner face of the casing to generate repulsive force with the floating ion therebetween, and a separating counter electrode arranged on an opposite side inner face confronting the separating electrode in the inner face of the casing to generate attraction force with the floating ion therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
