COMBINATION OF ADENOSINE DERIVATIVE AND CARBONIC ANHYDRASE INHIBITOR AND BETA-RECEPTOR BLOCKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a combination of 4-ä3-[6-amino-9-((2R, 3R, 4S, 5S)-5-cyclopropylcarbamoyl-3,4-dihydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-9H-purin-2-yl]-2-propynyl}-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid methyl ester and other ocular hypotensive agents, which is useful as a prophylactic or curative drug of glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

SOLUTION: Combination use of 4-ä3-[6-amino-9-((2R, 3R, 4S, 5S)-5-cyclopropylcarbamoyl-3,4-dihydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-yl)-9H-purin-2-yl]-2-propynyl}-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid methyl ester and a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and a β-receptor blocker mutually supplements and/or enhances ocular hypotensive actions. The administration form may be made adjunctly or made as combination of drugs.
