The present invention describes copolymers containing indenocarbazole derivatives having electron- and hole-transporting properties, especially for use in the interlayer, emission layer and/or charge transport layer of electroluminescent devices, and the monomers needed for preparation of the copolymers. The invention further relates to a process for preparing the inventive copolymers, and to electronic devices comprising them.
