PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent degradation of brightness and a color coordinate of the organic light emitting device by optimally setting a thin film encapsulation thickness on an upper part of an organic light emitting device array. CONSTITUTION: An active area and an edge area are defined on a substrate. An organic light emitting device array(150) is formed on the active area. Thin film encapsulation(210) covers the organic light emitting device array. The thin film encapsulation of the edge area is formed to be thicker than the active area.
