An oil-gas suspension mechanism and an engineering vehicle with the suspension mechanism. The oil-gas suspension mechanism comprises: a spherical-hinge seat (30), having an inner spherical surface and a connecting portion connected to a vehicle frame, and a suspended oil cylinder, mounted on the spherical-hinge seat (30). A middle portion of a cylinder body of the suspended oil cylinder has a spherically protruded spherical-hinge portion (11a). The spherical-hinge portion (11a) matches the inner spherical surface of the spherical-hinge seat (30) to form a hinge mechanism. An extending end of a piston rod (13) of the suspended oil cylinder has a hinge portion (13a) hinged with a vehicle axle. The suspended oil cylinder of the oil-gas suspension mechanism is connected to the vehicle frame through the spherical-hinge seat (30) disposed in the middle portion of the cylinder body (11), so as to reduce a connection point on the suspended oil cylinder, thereby effectively reducing the height of the vehicle, reducing the gravity center, and improving the stability of the vehicle.
