PURPOSE: An X-ray detector panel is provided to uniformly supply a bias voltage to bias wirings by forming first and second bias pads on both sides of a data pad block. CONSTITUTION: A gate wiring(20) is extended along a first direction. A data wiring(112) is extended along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. A bias wiring(114) is extended along the second direction and separated from the data wiring. A gate pad(GP) is respectively connected to one end of the gate wirings. A data pad(DP) is respectively connected to one end of the data wiring. A first bias pad(BP1) and a second bias pad(BP2) are formed on both sides of the data pad block, respectively.
