A windmill vane utilizing a lightweight inexpensive core material while retaining its strength; and a wind power generator utilizing the same. There is disclosed a windmill vane (9) provided with an outer skin (13) of fiber-reinforced plastic. A core material (39) obtained by integral molding of fiber layers (55) and fiber layers (55) arranged in relationship intersecting with one another in a plan view and provided so as to run through in a thickness direction and constitute a resin flow channel and, filling the interspaces thereof, a foam plastic (57) in the state of having the fiber layers (55) filled with a resin is used in the outer skin (13) or a main spar (15). |
