<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a failure of a local exhaust system to control a local exhaust air quantity to be an appropriate quantity. <P>SOLUTION: A room pressure control system has: fume hoods 101-1 and 101-2 installed inside a room 100; local exhaust ducts 102-1 and 102-2; an air supply duct 103; a general exhaust duct 104; local exhaust valves EXV1 and EXV2; an air supply valve MAV; a general exhaust valve GEX; and controllers 105-1, 105-2, 106, and 107. When determining that at least one local exhaust system of a plurality of local exhaust systems is caused failure, the controller 107 sets the local exhaust valve of the local exhaust system to maximum opening to perform forced exhaust. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
