<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed board at the end face of which no air bubble of a foamed layer exposes, which is excellent in beauty and design property and has an appearance of a luxurious feeling. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermoplastic resin foamed board which is provided with a skin layer on at least one main surface, a cutting remainder is formed at the end part of thermoplastic resin foamed board by cutting so that the skin layer on one main surface can remain along an end part peripheral edge and then the cutting remainder is fixed to another main surface side by folding it once or more times.
