PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in a processing load of an information processing system and to reduce possibility that representation of movement of an object disposed in a virtual space might be unnatural.

SOLUTION: An object placement managing unit 44 changes a position or a direction of an object for which it is indicated that movements are controlled by obtained control necessity information. When parameter values set for each of objects satisfy predetermined conditions, the object placement managing unit 44 updates the control necessity information so as to indicate that movements of all of the objects are uncontrolled.
