<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation reliability in recording a non-stereoscopic image by an imaging apparatus supporting a stereoscopic image. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises optical parts, image processing parts, imaging parts, recording and reproduction part, means for detecting abnormality in operation of the optical parts, the image processing parts, and the recording and reproduction parts and outputting abnormality information; and means for multiplexing the abnormality information to the images of the image processing parts. The imaging apparatus comprises means which is provided with input terminals for taking in image signals from the outside in addition to image signals from the image processing parts, which allows one set of recording and reproduction parts to record the image signals from the image processing parts and the other recording and reproduction part to record the image signals from the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
