<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide valve, which has a simple configuration and is able to perform partitioning operation of high reliability at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The slide valve 1 has a rotating means for rotating a rotating shaft 20 of a movable valve part 40, comprising a rack and a pinion and a double-acting type air cylinder for driving the rack and the pinion, and a blockage release driving means comprising a single acting type air cylinder for making the movable valve part perform blockage/release operation. The double acting type air cylinder has a second piston for driving the pinion, and a first piston for regulating a stop position of the second piston so as to set a valve opening, has an air operate type two channels two-way valve which enables sequential operation of blockage release operation of the movable valve part and rotation operation, makes a rotary air cylinder to start operation when driving pressure of a blockage release air cylinder exceeds a predetermined threshold at open time, and makes blocking operation start when the rotation operation is completed at closing time, and a sequence circuit having the air operate type two channels two-way valve for setting a stop position of the movable valve part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
