<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a rotary shaft which surely prevents the seizure of a bearing by enhancing cooling performance to a radial foil bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A support structure of the rotary shaft enables a rotary shaft 1 with an impeller 2 to be supported rotatably via a radial foil bearing 3. The rotary shaft 1 includes a first hole 8 which extends toward a side supported in the radial foil bearing 3 from the impeller 2 side while being open to the impeller 2 side provided to one end of thereof, and a second hole 11 which communicates with the first hole 8 and extends toward a radial outside of the rotary shaft 1 from the first hole 8.
