<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a dispersion method and a dispersion system, which can form a high quality sol by promoting dispersion of a dispersoid in a liquid state dispersion medium excellently over a whole mixture fluid which has passed the throttle through-hole of a stator. <P>SOLUTION: In the dispersion method, a centrifugal suction pump mechanism, which sucks a fluid in a blade room through the throttle through-hole from an introduction room by rotation driving of a rotary blade and discharging the fluid to a discharging section from the blade room, is used so that the fluid mixture of the dispersoid and the liquid-phase dispersion medium is passed through the suction pump mechanism, and a sol in which the dispersoid is dispersed in the liquid phase dispersion medium is formed. At the inlet port of the introduction room, a throttle part is provided. The rotation rate of the rotary blade is set so that the pressure in the outlet region of the throttle through-hole of the stator becomes not more than the saturated vapor pressure of the liquid phase dispersion medium over the whole circumference of the outlet region. The rotary blade is rotated at the set rotation rate to form at least a region in the blade room right after passing through the throttle through-hole of the stator, as a micro air bubble region where many micro air bubbles in the liquid phase dispersion medium are generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
