Provided is a computed tomography device wherein a positional relationship between a part to be imaged and an effective field of view in real space can be checked when alignment of the part to be imaged is being performed. The computed tomography device described in an embodiment comprises a bed unit for moving a top plate on which a subject is placed. A frame unit is provided with an opening into which the top plate is inserted. A light emitting unit is provided to the frame unit. A setting unit sets an effective field of view for the subject. A control unit controls the light emitting unit, and causes the light emitting unit to emit light indicating the set effective field of view.
