The bolt e.g. insertion screw (1), has a head part (2) comprising an annular surface (21) turned towards a sheet metal part and a threaded bolt (3). The bolt is provided with an external thread and formed at the head part. The bolt has a circulating groove (31) at an end. A circulating insertion rib (22) is formed on the surface concentric to the bolt. Barrier ribs (25) run radially outward from the insertion rib, and arranged on the surface. The insertion rib has a triangular cross-section, and an outwardly-aligned wall (23) of the insertion rib is arranged orthogonal to the surface.
