PURPOSE: An electrostatic precipitator capable of preventing the dielectric breakdown without the degradation of a dust collection unit is provided to secure the high dust collecting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic precipitator includes an electric charge unit and a dust collecting unit(20). The electric charge unit charges dust particles in air. The dust collecting unit collects the dust particles charged by the electric charge. The dust collecting unit includes plural high-voltage electrodes(300), plural low-voltage electrodes(400), and a dust collection unit case(100).
