PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a light emitting device package are provided to improve optical extraction efficiency by forming an uneven structure on a light emitting structure. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(10) comprises a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer. An electrode is arranged on the light emitting structure. A current blocking layer is arranged beneath the light emitting structure. An ohmic contact layer(40) is arranged beneath the light emitting structure and the current blocking layer. A reflective electrode(50) is arranged beneath the ohmic contact layer. A first layer(31) is arranged between the current blocking layer and the light emitting structure. |
