PURPOSE: A compound with a hole conducting property, a co-adsorbent using the same, and a solar cell containing the same are provided to enhance open voltage(Voc). CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 2. A compound of chemical formula 2 with a hole conducting property is 3,5-bis[3,6-bis(4-buthoxyphenyl)-9H-carbazole-9-yl]benzoic acid, 3,5-bis[3,6-bis(4-(2-ethyl hexyl oxy)phenyl)-9H-carbazole-9-yl]benzoic acid, 3,5-bis[3,6-bis(4-(2-ethyl hexyl oxy)phenyl)-9H-carbazole-9-yl]benzoic acid, 3,5-bis[4-(3,6-bis(4-buthoxyphenyl)-9H-carbazole-9-yl)phenyl]benzoic acid, or 3,5-bis[4-(3,6-bis(4-(2-ethyl hexyl oxy)phenyl)-9H-carbazole-9-yl)phenyl]benzoic acid. A co-adsorbent with the hole conducting property contains the compound of chemical formula 2.
