FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: method for production of fermented feedstuff involves the following stages: a) production of a liquid fermented fodder product produced by way of fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, (b) production of a fodder product subject to fermentation and containing one or more mature or immature plants or their parts, (c) joining the products of Stages (a) and (b), and fermentation of the fodder product of Stage (b) using the fermented product of Stage (a) as a starter; the starter includes a large quantity of active lactic acid bacteria ensuring fast production of lactic acid and pH reduction at Stage (c) to 4.2 or lower during 24 hours.EFFECT: invention usage will allow to stimulate animals growth without antibiotics.32 cl, 12 dwg, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
