<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a transistor having an oxide semiconductor; an insulator film provided below the oxide semiconductor; and an insulator film provided above the oxide semiconductor. Further, an insulator film containing organic material is provided so as to be given flatness.
