<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that uses a thermoplastic resin film as an inner liner and improves resistance of the inner liner to rupture and cracking in the low-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The tire has: a carcass 15; an inner liner 16 made of a thermoplastic resin film; a rubber layer 17 arranged between the carcass 15 and the inner liner 16; and an adhesive layer 31 bonding the inner liner 16 and the rubber layer 17 to each other. The dynamic storage modulus E' of the rubber layer 17 at a temperature of -20°C is 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">5</SP>-1.0×10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>Pa.
