<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter which enables an ultrasonic wave transceiver to be attached with high accuracy and thereby enabling highly accurate flow rate measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A hole 18 is formed at an insulation vibration control member 15 formed so as to cover a piezoelectric material 12 and a piezoelectric support plate 11, and an ultrasonic wave transceiver 5 is fixed without causing the inclination of an ultrasonic wave radiation surface 13 by inserting a protruding part 19 of a fixing member 9 into the hole 18 and pressing the piezoelectric support plate 11.
