<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost and a construction period, to shorten a time of vehicle's entering/leaving a parking lot while securing the sufficient number of parked vehicles, to enable construction on a relatively narrow site, and to enable effective use of a surplus parking space when the necessary number of parked vehicle is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The upper floors A of a center core building 1 are formed as dwelling floors and the lower floors B thereof are formed as a self-propelled multistory parking lot. An upper part of the lower floors B1 is provided with vehicle travel paths 10a formed on a horizontal plane on both sides across a core part and provided with a parking space 11 continued to the outside of the vehicle travel paths 10a. The vehicle travel paths 10a formed on both sides across the core part have a horizontal level difference of approximately 1/2 story between them, and are sequentially connected to vehicle travel paths 10b formed on an inclined plane. A lower part of the lower floors B2 is constructed as a continuously inclined floor type parking lot that is provided with a vehicle travel path 10 formed on a spiral inclined plane and a parking space 11 continued to the outer periphery of the vehicle travel path 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
