<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a desired image in a short time without troubling a user. <P>SOLUTION: A photographed image is recorded in association with event information for specifying the image, and in reproducing the recorded image, a user is allowed to select the event information to determine a display method for the image.
