<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing polymer particles comprising enabling effective and reliable transportation of an active component in animal bodies, in a low-cost system instantaneously usable for transporting a biologically active substance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the polymer particles includes: (A) a step of preparing a cell comprising a nucleic acid encoding a fusion protein, wherein the fusion protein comprises a polymer synthase, and (a) a binding domain capable of binding a substance or a coupling reagent or a combination thereof, or (b) a protein, or (c) a combination of (a) and (b); (B) a step of culturing the cell in a culture medium to produce the fusion protein derived from the nucleic acid and produce the polymer particles by the cell; and (C) a step of separating the polymer particles from the cultured cells to produce a composition comprising the polymer particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
