<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device that surely executes the analysis of plural types of abnormalities occurring in one's own vehicle while suppressing its manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An engine ECU to control a diesel engine is configured to detect the abnormality of a misfire that injection-supplied fuel does not normally combust or the abnormality of an excessive temperature rise of a DPF that exhaust gas having passed through the DPF becomes a high temperature, or the like. The vehicle states such as an engine speed, a common rail pressure, and an exhaust-gas temperature are detected at timing synchronous with the rotation of a crank and vehicle data indicating the vehicle states are stored in a RAM. If the abnormality of misfire or the abnormality of an excessive temperature rise of the DPF is detected, vehicle data indicating changes in the vehicle states in the storage period and the detection period corresponding to the detected abnormality are selected in order to use them for the analysis of the cause or the like of the abnormality and stored in an EEPROM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
